技術総括部は、10月26日からの3日間、「第15回海外グループ会社 技術報告会」を開催し、海外グループ会社14社が参加しました。この報告会は、海外グループ会社各社が安全衛生、品質、操業、設備、コスト等の改善活動の成果を発表し、情報の水平展開を図ることを目的としています。

1-2日目での報告会では、社長の祖母井をはじめ、取締役4人が出席するなか、各社が取り組んできた安全や品質の改善活動について発表。報告会後には表彰式が行われ、社長賞は「JFE Shoji Steel de Mexico S.A. deC.V.(JSM)」、副社長賞は「Central Metals (Thailand) Ltd.(CMT)」、専務賞は「Steel Alliance Service Center Co.,Ltd.(SASC)」および「東莞川電鋼板加工有限公司」、技術総括部賞は「JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc.(JSC)」「JFE Shoji Serbia d.o.o.Indija(JSS)」が受賞しました。

最終日には、JFEスチール東日本製鉄所（千葉地区）を見学し、日頃、自分たちが取り扱っている鋼材に対する理解を深めました。

今後も各グループ会社の個別の取り組みを共有し、生産性や安全性の更なる向上を目指します。

JFE Shoji held its 15th Overseas Group Company Technical Report Meeting over three days from October 26.
Fourteen overseas group companies participated in the event.

Participants presented their improvement initiatives in safety, quality, operations, and equipment.
The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to share knowledge and best practices across the JFE Shoji Group. Awards were also presented for outstanding initiatives.

On the final day, participants visited JFE STEEL CORPORATION (EAST JAPAN WORKS (CHIBA)).
The visit helped deepen their understanding of the steel products they handle in their daily business.

We will continue to share knowledge across the JFE Shoji Group and work together to further improve productivity and safety.
