Suzuki Indomobil Motor (SIM)—a key customer for PT. JFE Shoji Steel Indonesia (JSSI)—recently awarded JSSI its Best Partner Award. JSSI earned the honor because of its stellar record of reliably delivering products to customers despite various changing business environments and always responding to SIM’s requests with sincerity.

At an award ceremony held on May 31, a SIM representative commented: “Thank you for flexibly responding to changes in processes and delivery dates in the face of production fluctuations caused by semiconductor shortages and import quotas.”

Andi from JSSI then expressed his hopes for the future: “We always put the customer first, and constantly work with SIM to solve their problems and concerns. I’m very glad that we’ve been recognized for these efforts. JSSI will work together to continue supporting SIM.” JSSI will also continue to refine its ability to boost production at SIM.
