JSSM Holds Ninth Annual Dinner Party
JFE Shoji Steel Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. put on a dinner party with the theme “Colorful Retro Dinner” at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur on October 14. The company holds this dinner party to encourage communication among employees, build a more rewarding workplace, and enhance cohesiveness. This was the first time in several years for the event to take place.
Lin Li Wei, president of our Group company Kawarin Enterprise Pte. Ltd. of Singapore, was on hand to give a toast. In addition to continuous service awards, the party’s highlights include employees in a singing contest with President Yuzuru Naruse playing the guitar, as well as other volunteers giving performances. The acts kept for the atmosphere lively.
Attendees gave delightful feedback, such as expressing hopes the event would take place again next year and saying that everything was perfect from the program theme, the meal and the performances. Others were excited about watching solo and group performances by colleagues. The company will continue to work on improving employee engagement through events such as this one.
