We have been working on office renovations since doing the head office in December 2022. In September of this year, the makeovers of both Nagoya and Hamamatsu offices were completed.
The Nagoya Office now has a unified look thanks to a blue theme with orange accents. The personal lockers inside the office space were relocated, making the shared space more open and usable. In addition, putting all the copy machines in the office’s center has given employees more opportunities to meet people from other departments, naturally leading to more conversations.
The Hamamatsu Office now has an open floor plan that maximizes space based on the concept of creating a stylish look by moving away from the old image. The doors, wallpaper, carpet and other decor were all updated, and roller curtains and high tables were added. Positive feedback from employees includes comments like, “There’s more sunlight, and I look forward to opening the curtains first thing in the morning,” and “I use a high table for work in the afternoon for a change of pace.”
