JFE Shoji Steel Indonesia (JSSI) has received the Best Quality Award from one of its major customers, automotive parts manufacturer PT. Aisan Nasmoco Industri. This is the third time that Aisan has recognized JSSI, following another Best Quality Award in 2019 and a Best Delivery Award in 2020. This year, JSSI was praised for having caused no quality issues. Aisan’s feedback at the July 13 award ceremony was “Thank you for providing us such high-quality products every year.”

By maintaining close communications with Aisan and mold suppliers, JSSI has continued to deliver materials without any major problems since the companies began doing business. Aisan account manager Galih described the situation as follows: “Aisan is a very important customer for our automotive electrical steel. We’re very pleased to be recognized for our quality, which is of the utmost importance to us. We will continue to work to expand our business by improving quality and the number of customers who say ‘Only JSSI will do.’ ”

The manufacturing and sales departments at JSSI will also continue to work together to improve the QCDS* we provide to customers.
