CEMCO conducted a beach cleanup activity!
On September 28, CEMCO, LLC — a JFE Shoji Group company — held its 2nd annual Beach Cleanup at Bolsa Chica Beach. Launched last year, this initiative aims to clean up beaches in Southern California and contribute to environmental conservation.
Around 60 people participated in the event, including General Manager Takahashi, CEO Tom Porter, employees, their families, friends, and employees from Matson, a CEMCO, LLC client. In pleasant weather, participants spent about two hours collecting trash, gathering over 83 pounds.
The event was not only a valuable opportunity to raise environmental awareness but also fostered camaraderie among participants. CEMCO, LLC will continue contributing to the local community and Building a Better Tomorrow.
