Group company JFE Shoji Steel Philippines, Inc. (JSSP) put on its second annual sports festival on March 23. The event, meant to increase interaction among employees, drew ninety-seven people this year.
On festival day, the participants were divided into red, blue, green, and white teams, which all created their own slogans and flags. The day’s first event was a team-building game that tested their teamwork. During the badminton and basketball events, non-playing team members stood and cheered for their players, and the venue was filled with encouraging voices. The teams all competed fiercely throughout the day, with the white team earning the highest total score and becoming the champions.
The festival was a highly fruitful event, with everyone who participated able to be active, and the company increased its solidarity, regardless of who won or lost. JSSP employees will strive to use the teamwork they built during this event to improve the efficiency and smoothness of their daily tasks.
