JFE Shoji Steel Philippines Inc. (JSSP) hosted its annual Family Day at the J Castles theme park in Tanauan, Batangas on August 16, drawing 292 employees and their family members. The goal is to deepen bonds between employees and their families and increase unity among the JSSP community.

The event kicked off with a group photo in front of the theme park’s trademark blue castle. JSSP President and CEO Masato Tanizaki then gave the opening address, saying: “Our employees can only succeed with the support of their families, so I’m overjoyed to see all of you here today.” He concluded warmly, “We are all part of the JSSP family.”

J and Friends, the J Castle mascots, made a grand appearance at the event venue, delighting the attendees with an entertaining performance for the children. An award ceremony to recognize the children of JSSP employees who had demonstrated academic excellence in school followed. These future leaders received a commemorative gift as a token of the company’s respect.

Through this year’s Family Day event, JSSP once again shared the message that family is the foundation of individual success, and expressed its gratitude to every employee for their hard work and dedication.
